Using Our Services

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Services, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Private Label Dropshipping

We provide a private label dropshipping service, which allows you to purchase products from the stores we work with and have them shipped directly to your customers under your own brand.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to use any branding or logos that you provide to us for use on the products you purchase through the Services.

You are also responsible for complying with all laws and regulations related to your business and the products you purchase through the Services, including but not limited to those related to taxes, customs, and product labeling.

You are solely responsible for the products you choose to sell to your customers and for ensuring their quality meets your standards. You should purchase samples of the products prior to listing them for sale. We do not accept returns of products unless a shipment error has occurred.

Website Building Services

We provide website building services, which include the design, development, and deployment of websites for our clients.

You agree to provide us with accurate and complete information about your business and the website you want us to build, and to cooperate with us throughout the website building process.

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses, permits, or approvals required for the operation of your business and website.

You agree that you will be solely responsible for the content and information that you post on your website, and that you will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations related to your website and business.

You agree that we will not be liable for any loss or damage that you may incur as a result of your use of any third-party website or service.

Intellectual Property

The Services and all rights, including but not limited to the intellectual property rights, in the Services are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company.

You acknowledge that the Services, including but not limited to the website building services, may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You agree that you will not use the Services or any part thereof in any way that would infringe the intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party.

Free Trial and Payment

We offer a maximum of 1 free trial per person. We reserve the right to disable any sites that we find to be in violation of this policy.

You are responsible for paying the monthly or annual platform use fee as outlined in your account with us. Failure to pay this fee may result in the disabling of your website.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Services, the information, content, materials or products included on the Services.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

We do not warrant that the Services, or any content or information provided through the Services, will be accurate, complete, or reliable.

Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services.

Commissions

Commissions will be available for payout after a 30-day holding period, to ensure that any returns or chargebacks are processed.

If a payment is refunded or charged back, any past commissions will be removed and may need to be repaid to the Company.

Promotions and Marketing

As an affiliate, you are responsible for promoting the Company's products and services through your unique affiliate link.

You may not use any false or misleading statements in your promotions, or engage in any other deceptive or unethical marketing practices.

You may not use the Company's trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials without our prior written consent.

Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation in the affiliate program complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes, and your continued participation in the affiliate program after any changes have been made will indicate your acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time and for any reason.

The Parties (you and the Company) agree not to make any negative or disparaging statements, whether written or verbal, about the other Party, its employees, officers, directors, agents, products, services, or business practices. This non-disparagement clause is binding and in effect for the duration of the Parties' relationship and thereafter, whether such relationship is terminated by either party or otherwise.

This non-disparagement clause applies to all forms of communication, including but not limited to, in-person conversations, social media posts, online reviews, and press releases.

In case of a violation of this clause, the offending party shall be held liable and will have to compensate the other party for any damages that may occur.

"Earn As You Learn" Guarantee: Participants who attend and participate in all live calls and progress reports, can show proof of executing the training outlined in the course, and do not generate the price they paid to enroll may qualify for additional 1-on-1 coaching or a full refund at our sole discretion.

Disclaimer of Liability: The program creator and their affiliates are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may result from using or relying on any information provided in the program.
